"Nice hotel and nice lobby staff, one big complaint I have was how HOT our room was. It was 81 degrees day and night, called staff 3 times to get it fixed but nothing was done. Left a day early because we just couldn’t stand another night."

"The room smelled like mildew and there was a power outage from a blown transformer that had us in the street for hours. When we finally got access to the to our room the lights were not restored until later on the next day. They credited 1 day for our stay but this hotel is over priced with mediocre amenities."

"There was an electricity outage and the hotel was not properly equipped with a generator or generators to get the electricity going. This was very triggering as a veteran being without electricity and air conditioning."

"Nice stay, but the lack of a restroom on the main level was inconvenient. Bell & Busmen were the most helpful and friendliest of the staff. Hotel is around the corner from Bourbon St. and in the mix of it all on Canal. Hotel activities were a plus."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious very clean, quiet and cozy.
The location was excellent. Very short walk to Bourbon St., Riverwalk and all the cool things in New Orleans.
The staff was amazing, always friendly, always laughing and always willing to help
I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning great choices.
I am looking forward to my next visit to New Orleans in November and I will definitely be looking at this hotel as an option.
