"Good quality for the price. Nice location close to Port of Orillia and downtown which are just a few minutes drive away. Although they are in the process of a refresh, the older rooms are of high quality ie solid oak furniture, quite large and have a really nice full kitchenette w granite countertops. The breakfast was nice enough. Good coffee. The pool is quite small so mostly for splashing. A few of the corners/under the chair pillows could use a better vacuum and in need of new pillows, but...

"La chambre était très propre. L'air climatisé fonctionnait vraiment bien l'emplacement est bon je n'ai rien à dire de négatif sur la chambre. Ce que je n'ai pas trouvé agréable cest le dépôt de 300$ en débit ou cash. Sur carte de crédit c'était 150$ Appart ça j'ai trouvé que c'était très bien surtout considérant que c'était moins cher qu'un motel à Montréal! Je recommande."

"Nice clean rooms , check in was easy. No elevator so be sure to ask for ground floor if you can’t do the stairs. Staff was helpful , breakfast was ok not much available when we arrived 40 minutes before closing ! Would return for sure ! "

"The Window in the room was broken and didn’t lock, or have a screen..not safe with kids or safe feeling and the bathroom door doesn’t lock or close. It was clean though and the kids liked swimming."

"The owner's and staff are lovely people. Everything is kept clean & tidy; indoors and out. The location and view is excellent. I loved the unique quality of their small shop that offerred up free access to books, games and even a Magic 8 Ball for fun; as well as, affordable jewellery, incense and curios.
