"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Excelente"

"Such a comfortable stay. We truly felt relaxed, and the hotel spoils you with an open mini bar with all of the San Pellegrino you want. We loved that they gave us so many drinks and snacks. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet. The location is gorgeous and the town is truly a special, charming community. Highly recommend staying here."

"I would highly recommend this property! They gave us an upgrade to a Lakeview and it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant connected to the hotel is incredible. Highly recommend. Staff at check-in was extremely helpful and kind."
