Great location. Hotel is located a couple minutes from the pedestrian zone of the city center. The Seceda gondola is only a short walk away with escalators to take you right to the ticket office. Free parking onsite.

The property was accessible to the cable cars going to Seceda and Alpa di Siusi. If you oike shops,it’s within the area and Supermarket accross the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and you can reserve your dinner after long day of hiking just speak to the receptionist during the day and their menu changes every night.Not enough parking space in the back however,there’s a parking space about 3-5 mins walk back to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again.

This hotel was a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. We had a lovely, very large room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to borrow hiking poles (there are many left behind by other hikers). Breakfast was substantial with many options. We had half board, so dinner was included. There is a grocery store across the street with many deli food options and fresh fruit for grabbing a lunch to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice family owned hotel in retrostyle . Confortable hotel and personalized service in the historical Citi center of Ortisei Distance to to the slopes about 150 m. The food is delicious

Great place to stay

This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel, and I really like it. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the service is good. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the bus stop and downtown. The only improvement I would make to the room is to add a small refrigerator and hot water kettle, so you can make your own coffee or tea in the room.

Great location in Ortisei

This hotel is great on location for the price. We were very comfortable and didn’t mind the old style tub with no curtain. Plenty of room (standard double) and a nice breakfast. Parking is tight behind the building, but it wasn’t high season so we always found a spot.

Beautiful older hotel in Ortisei in traditional style. Very clean and helpful staff, fee also got us free entry to local pool. Would be nice to have a jug and maybe a small fridge in the room but apart from that no complaints, very reasonably priced for the area

Great location and easy parking. The room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and we could hear every move made by the person in the room next to us. The free wifi didn’t work in most of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, the woman at the front desk however, was not very welcoming and made me feel like I was bothering her when when asking questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolomiti Madonna! The hotel was clean, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was included and served from 07:30 to 09:30. It included muesli, yogurt, pastries, bread with a large selection of spreads, fruit, juices, eggs, and other drinks available to order. The hotel also provided a QR code for a local bus pass, local train pass, and pool pass, which was a wonderful surprise and could be used an unlimited number of times during our stay at no extra charge. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop, Seceda cable car office and a number of restaurants. A nice grocery store was across the street. It was in the perfect location for us, as we did not have a vehicle. We would stay here again!

Very average stay, slightly overpriced but you are paying for the location more than anything. Service is nice. Biggest issues were for us were that the bed is uncomfortable and hair dryer stops working after 2 minutes of use because it overheats. Breakfast is average.

Old hotel on main street

A traditional, but a bit old hotel. Nice and helpful people. Breakfast missing fresh green ingridients. Cozy bar. Room size ok, but bathroom was narrow. No coffee or refrigator on the room. Walking distance to "everything", situated direct on main street. Unlocked skiroom.

The room is big. The location is convenient. The staff is amazing. My car was broken after checking out. I was in a trouble to communicate with the rental company by English since the staff of the rental company spoke poor English. Fortunately, a male staff of the hotel reception took over and communicated with the rental company by Italian. Otherwise, the problem could not be solved efficiently. For the room, it is better to install a curtain to the bath tub so that the water will not be spreaded over the floor.
