"We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. Never heard of something like that! And then when it did work, it could not be put on during the day. At 6AM it went off by itself. "The room was clean, breakfast was good, with a comfortable bed, the location was perfect right in the city center with restaurants and shopping area near. It’s a beautiful city with lots of Roman ruins still standing today. The city buildings were so beautiful."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning."
