"We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. Never heard of something like that! And then when it did work, it could not be put on during the day. At 6AM it went off by itself. "This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC.
