"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"A lovely hotel in central Osaka. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The area around it is very walkable and there are 3 stations within a few minutes walk. The lounge is not large, but it is nice and well maintained. It is also on the same floor as the spa/public bath, which while I didn't use, seems like a good time to go between the two."

"We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"This hotel was so cute! Felt like a Palm Springs hotel but in Osaka. They had great amenities but the best was the breakfast buffet! They had such an array of both western and Japanese breakfast items and also a great drink fridge you could have anything from. They also have a happy hour with alcohol but I was never in the hotel at that time to try it out. The rooms were comfortable but the pillows were not. I found them awful. Super hard and not squishy. I ended up getting a kink in my neck...

"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "
