We enjoyed our stay here. We wish the one bed was as comfy as the other but we have zero complaints. Its close to a couple train lines, 7eleven, lawsons and not far from shopping mall.

Pretty average stay. The carpet was very stained and the room was not the cleanest. Can’t see out the windows or open them. Small room. Very close to two stations so good for getting around and only 15 minutes walk to America Mura, 20 to dontonburi. The app worked well for check in and check out. Can store your bags before and after your stay.

Very good hotel for the price. We had 3 separate beds for 3 people which was nice. The location was also quite good, since there was a train station very close by. I would give this a 4.5 if I could, simply because the bathroom was very small and also we had to wait 10 minutes after check in time for cleaning to finish, but those were small things.

Great location.

Had a great experience here. Easy check-in, friendly staff and great location. Close to Dotonbori. Lots of amenities available in case you forget your razor, toothbrush, etc. Would definitely book again.

Great stay

The hotel was easy to check in with the app.. Didn't need any interaction with the front desk. It's located close to the action but not right in it and right by a subway stop. The wifi was amazing and was a relief as I needed to remote work. Bathroom was a bit tighter than I would have liked but did the job. Would definitely stay here given the price to value ratio.

The hotel was great and our room was quite spacious with 2 beds. But I would have happily given up some of the living area space for a slightly bigger bathroom. Very very small and compact bathroom... not horrible but my gosh! So tiny! I knew this going in from the other reviews so was not totally surprised. One thing I thought was unusual for Japanese hotel was that the carpet was not dirty but heavily stained. The hotel provided slippers for us to wear which was great. A little tiny disappointed that when the room was cleaned on day 3 of our 4 night stay our cups were not washed or changed. Honestly that was the worst of it we were very happy and comfortable in the room.
