"What a beautiful magnificent hotel, is inside universal studios, so many restaurants to choose from, also food courts for the kids and attractions and arcades and claw machines. Theirs also convinces store 3 to choose from. Such as 7-11 also a big Lawson. The staff was amazing and the hotel is wonderful ..."

"Great rooms - plenty of space for 3 travellers (even 1 more as both beds were queen size in our room). Location is 10mins walk from nearest station and about 12mins from nearest convenience store, but very happy with the stay. Seemed like a very safe area. Easy and regular access to Universal City ..."
