"The property is located next to a nightclub, so spending Friday and Saturday nights at this hotel was absolutely unbearable. Because of this, I requested to leave earlier than originally planned and I was told it was not a problem, so I changed my plans and checked out on Sunday morning. The narrative changed and they started charging my card almost random numbers. I called several times only to be forwarded to the manager who did not respond to my calls. "Breakfast was excellent. Stayed in the Executive suite and it was very nice and big. The only thing that I could say was bad is sleeping on a pull out bed. I don't know of any pull out beds that are comfortable."

"Honestly, for the price, you never can expect too much and I know that. However. - what's displayed in this ad is NOTHING like the experience. The second I walked into the room you see visible white splotches and stains all over the comforter as well as animal hairs. The paint is chipping off of all of the walls. There are literally gaps and holes in the wall that were covered with pieces of paper bags and cardboard. That means I'm sure the next door room can see in if that were to be removed or fall out. They gave me a room right in the front, I'm sure in hopes I wouldn't notice the people they put in the back of the hotel who are clearly homeless people and addicts. That probably wouldnt have even bothered me if the room wasn't disgusting. While I was standing outside somebody asked me "how much I charge?" insinuating that I was a prostitute. Which made me think of the stains on the comforter, lovely. If the pictures had a single updated photo I would have known better than to book here. If you're low on cash - give ANY other place similar in cost a try. The only thing I'll give them is that the person at the front desk was nice enough to replace my blanket."

"We found some problems in our room and reported reception a few times during our 4night stay but nothing was solved. They are quite simple requests 1) chair was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced 2) bed mattress was damaged and needed to be rotated or replaced 3) shower water pressure was away too low and only warm water I guess manager just ignored guests as the problems started long time ago that is why the reputation is quite bad but reception staff are good. You need to get breakfast before 8:00 otherwise no muffins and only coffee is available. Also utensil, plates, pots and pans are upon requests "

"When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk that this felt like my home away from home. I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."
