"It was a safe place to sleep and walking distance to many dining and shopping opportunities. The pool was closed due to renovation. The laundry facility was out of service. There was a ketchup packet in the kids bunk bed and ketchup smeared on the bed itself upon arrival. The other half of he heavy curtain was missing so we had bright pool lights shining in our room all night. The breakfast ran out of protein and bread, was not refilled. Walls are paper thin so hopefully you don’t have loud guests next to you! The gift shop was nice, but no toiletries available on the property for us forgetful travelers who might need a toothbrush. Not somewhere I would stay again, but would recommend if you don’t plan on using amenities while visiting Orlando."
