"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "

"We stayed 5 days and did not receive any new towels or service to the room. Someone used a key and walked into our room at 7:28am and i was like who are you and they left. We checked out and then received a call hours later askingvus when we were going to leave and if we needed more time. I reminded them we already checked out. Someone had entered our room and was using it when we left! So be aware of that. Everything else was great."

"The staff were nice. Check-in/out was very quick and easy. The room was spacious. The sofa in the room looked well used. Our air conditioner was very loud and rattly. It also leaked which left wet spots on the tile floor"

"Overall Cottage was clean, few hair strands were left around bathroom and living room but we used additional cleaning products to clean up the overlook. Front Desk staff was friendly and attentive. H20 waterpark did not have full amenities available but we made the best of what was available."

"Room was clean but smelled funny when the air wasn’t on. Had great experience with staff except one guy. That was trying to get me to sit in a time share presentation. When we initially started talking I was simply asking about a room credit that was told to me at check in. I wanted to specify where the credit could be used. He proceeded to try to get me to do breakfast at a sister hotel and that it would be a time share presentation. I would have to pay a deposit when he mentioned deposit I...
