"The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly they lets us check into our room two hours early no charge. I love that they do daily housekeeping. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. However beware that the walls our thin and noise could be heard at all time from outside hallways and traffic."

But staff was helpful and credited our ride share transportation which helped a lot. Hotels don’t do a good job replenishing the soap dispensers and it would be good for them to pay attention to that. You come home late and shower and then realize you ran out of shampoo or something and have to call and ask for it when you’re tired and standing in shower wet. ...

"Housekeeping, front desk, gift shop, and the store that makes breakfast and other sandwiches, these are the places and employees that we interacted with at the resort. Everyone was polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. Even though we didn’t need valet, they were kind and courteous when we cross their paths. We also left a cooler sitting outside when someone was picking us up. When we came back, they remembered us. The valet attendant had it ready and remembered who we were. The hotel was...

"The bed was comfortable. They didn't offer complimentary water in the room or any for that matter. There was no microwave, toothpaste or houseshoes. The grounds and rooms seemed dated. Just expected a bit more for the price. "
