"The location was great. The check-in process was not good. We follow the instructions and the automated system was in Norwegian and we couldn’t understand what it was telling us. Thanks to a guest of the hotel who helped us get through the front door so we could check-in. Also the confirmation of the booking indicated that there would be breakfast delivered to our room, but nothing came for both mornings that we stayed. The room was good, but the bathroom was very hot and tiny."

"No kettle/fridge/microwave in the room, not like in Canada. Room was clean, beds are extremely comfortable, helpful stuff and amazing breakfast which exceeded our expectations. We didn’t use their parking (no car), but hotel itself is in the city centre, 10-15 minutes by walk to most touristic places and close to amazing shops and restaurants."
