"My only issue is that it listed shuttle service to the airport I assumed -- my mistake that it was free and it wasn't. However it came by every 30 minutes which was fine. The breakfast selection was excellent far above that offered in any Best Western in the US and many other chains as well."

"The online self check in system didn't work, meaning that I had to queue for 25 minutes after a late flight to check in. I specifically booked this hotel for the convenience/location so this was disappointing. I felt for the team on reception who were very professional and did everything they could to check everyone on quickly. When you only a 5 hour sleep window, every minute counts."

"A very nice hotel close to the waterfront area and downtown Oslo. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Room was very nice. We had a junior suite. Still amd sparkling water dispensers are available on each floor. Dining options are plenty as they have 5 restaurants on site. Breakfast is pretty good as well. My only complaint t is that it was at times difficult to contact guest services."

"Great hotel. Incredible breakfast included. Had 22nd floor amazing view. Summit Bar on 21st floor gives access to great views for all. Pool is nice plus. Location by Royal Palace and Gardens especially a plus. Great walking distance to waterfront and great areas of city. Trams easy rides to all else."
