"Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp."

It is in a great location and close to many shops. We were able to walk there after we arrived at Milano Centrale - it took only about 15 minutes. "The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...
