"I had booked 2 normal rooms with King bed, but I was assigned both "Accessible" rooms that was never requested for. Secondly, the room had such a bad odor when we checked in. The odor was only half gone after running the AC an entire night. The website mentioned Parking is Included in my booking, but I was charged 12$ for self parking. The staff sounded pretty frustrated to answer question about additional charges that was not mentioned in the website. Otherwise the room was clean and...

"Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Stay at hotel was quiet. Breakfast normal and terminated at 9am - feel it could be extended a bit later. Pool and Jacuzzi OK. Hotel close by car to Savannah historic district and close to shopping malls and restaurants. Hotel could use some renovation but Ok for the price. Front desk staff was friendly."

"It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning"
