"Very good access into the city via tram."

"We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏"

I requested a warm blanket, but it was only provided after my third request. The hotel is conveniently located, which is a definite advantage. However, the temperature in the room was uncomfortably cold, which negatively affected my overall experience."

Colazione dolce e salata abbastanza varia."

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...
