"Stayed for a week, asked for fresh towels on the third day and they acted as though I asked for a million dollars. Said fresh towels never came. Not once during our 8 nights. Only thing I received was a passive aggressive email. Lol. So we just paid ¥600 for laundry. Bathroom has a musty smell, if you’re not sensitive it’s a non-issue. 23 minutes walk to dotonbori. No staff so you have to deal with the iPads at the front which was a horrible experience (personally). Anyways, at least price was...

"I like that washing machine is available inside the suites we were avail to do some laundry.But the aircondition is not cool enough specially its summer time try to inform the hotel but no respond.Waking up sweating at night."

"Minn Gion was just a few minutes from the train and I'm such a walkable area. There is a Family Mart right next door and more restaurants than you can count in any direction out of the front door. My only complaint would be that the refrigerator wasn't cleaned thoroughly and there were remnants of food in the sink drain when we arrived. The bathroom and the rest of the room was very clean and it was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults! I would stay again."
