"The staff here are the absolute best. Through a mistake all of my cash, in an envelope, was thrown away. I approached the staff asking if they had seen it, clearly I was panicking. They helped tear our room apart to look for it. When that resulted in nothing, they waited with us for the cleaning crew, who then dug through the trash to find the bag from our specific room. Inside was all my money still in a sealed envelope. I will be forever grateful for all the effort they went through to help...
