"There is nothing negative to say. With all the private baths (and one was always available), it was the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. It was the highlight of our Japan trip. Location literally steps away from the train station, so no dragging luggage around. And a 5-10 min walk to main street with all the shops and restaurants, monkey park and bamboo forest. "Stayed here one night to get a Ryokan experience. The owners are extensive and helpful. Our room was bit jaded but was very convenient. Overall property is very conveniently located but could use some upgrade. We didn’t use the onsen but they did have a public bath."
