"La piscina estaba verde. La infraestructura tienen tiempo que no la pintan. El cuarto y el baño muy limpio. La TV no servía."

"When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
