Stove was extremely dirty with cooking stains. kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet and shower head all had water stains and dirty. Blinds were broken and extremely dusty. Exterior doesn’t match the interior. Only thing this place was missing was the bed bugs, mice and roaches. "

"Had one nign Booked and once we arrived we was informed all they had available was the 4th floor and elevators didn’t work. Well my wife is on oxygen and couldn’t climb the Steps. "

"I had booked through Expedia and they said they didn't have my reservation. Upon my room being cancel at $93 dollars, they had no rooms available except for my room that they said they didn't have reserved just opened up. Make that make sense? I said, "okay I will rebook". They tried to charge me $100 dollars more and I am still battling with getting my $93 dollar refund at a hotel that I didn't stay at, as I went to one up the road. "

"We stayed there 3 nights. Room was never cleaned. Had to get towels, shower soap, extra blanket and decaf coffee from the front desk as we needed it."
