"Parking was great. No extra charge and close to the complex. Room was clean and staff was awesome. Room was not ready at check in time, which was very frustrating. ( others had same issue) We needed to change clothes..... staff was apologetic. No hot water the next morning!!!! Not a good stay. "

"This is going to be our designated hotel stay spot for when we visit family in town. Suite rooms are the perfect size for 2-3 adults and 3 kids. The pool is also a great temperature! "

"Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. "

"Room smelled. Dirty under beds. Someone got sick in pool so wasn’t able to use pool during stay either."

"My stay was excellent, great bar and staff, happy hour and then wonderful breakfast in the morning. Now the bad part, my car got broken into and tools stolen out of it. So did 15 other cars there. The security cameras and lighting were absent. Never in a million years did I think my plain Nissan Rogue would get broken into at a 4-5 star hotel. But, it happened and I think the hotel needs to be accountable for better security. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevators were not working and the service elevator stopped working during our stay. Had to use the stairs. Luckily we were only on the fifth floor. "

"We weren't made aware until we checked in that the breakfast area is under construction so there was only grab and go breakfast bags, Part of the reason we booked here was for the good looking breakfast. "

"Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. "
