"Staff was amazing and super helpful. Stayed in Loft A and it’s got 2 bunk beds and a big sunken living room. Plenty of floor space. Good with or without kids. Water pressure is amazing. Laundry is quick and easy. Lots of amenities in lobby to “rent for free” during your stay. Everything from kitchen appliances if you want to use your kitchens to cook all the way to Polaroid cameras to use during your trip. Super cool idea! Very close to Kyoto station and donQ. "Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood. For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind. The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. "
