"We loved our stay. Our room was high in the sky with the most wonderful views across the lake. The staff were kind, friendly and very courteous. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Otsu station was really handy and only a 10 minute drive. We didn’t coordinate our stay well enough to be there on a Saturday to take part in the parkrun around the lake which was a shame as the start was just outside the door. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Will definitely stay again."

They were professional and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of this hotel is amazing. Restaurants and shops all close by not to mention shopping.
