"The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran.
The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night"

"The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything.
Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing!
Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options.
Thank you for making our stay wonderful."

"Family of 5 stayed 2 nights, clean room - cleaning staff did great with replacing to towels/tidying room while we were gone. Kids liked the pool and swingset. Quiet stay. "Our first impression of the stay was the front desk worker. I apologize. I failed to get his name. Younger gentleman though. Very very nice. Everything was quick and easy and he was handling a line of guests with ease. Property was nice honestly. Pool was warm as well. Everything worked. The blow dryer was a little sketchy. We didn’t “have” to use it so it wasn’t a big deal but it smelled like it was dangerous. The only complaint isn’t even the hotel, more so our experience with other guests....

"Check in was a mini disaster. The person at the front desk was curt and borderline rude. Nowhere online does it say there are no cribs available so that was an unexpected situation since we needed a travel crib. We were assigned the same room as another person and we literally walked in to them unpacking. The staff did not apologize for the mix up, and again, was somewhat rude when giving us a new room.
