"We didn’t stay! The building was very rundown and communal areas were dirty and it had furniture stacked about the place and nothing like the pictures. The communal toilets were filthy. After walking down various corridors and through doors to access my room the pin code wouldn’t work. I went to find our friends and there was a used syringe on the stairs. Thats when I felt i couldn’t stay. I felt quite uncomfortable in the surroundings. The other room was tatty, dirty and the carpet had stains...

"This was my second stay here whilst visiting my son at Exeter University. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging.
