"It tries hard to appear upscale in the lobby but it’s very basic and sterile in the room, think Ibis. Despite its exterior, it is not a classy boutique hotel. You are overpaying for the location."

"Lots of wardrobe space Large bathroom with bath Lots of seating"

"The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only serious issue was that the shower in the room had no shower head. Therefore the water poured out of the shower as if it was a hose. Naturally this flooded the floor completely. As we were staying only one night and this occurred in the morning nothing could be done. When checking out the staff was attentive and said they would attend to this immediately."

"Beautiful property, polite staff, wonderfully appointed rooms, and in a great location. What more could you ask for? We thoroughly enjoyed the visit!"

"The hotel is in a great location where there are some great bars"

"Excellent"

"The hotel is beautiful. It was like walking onto a set of Downton Abbey. Such a lovely lounge and bar area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable with sumptuous feather pillows and duvet."

"Quirky and cool decor, great staff and in a good location"

"This property has no humans - interaction is via WhatsApp only. 1. We realized when we entered our room that there was no hand soap or body wash in the bathroom. Went down to their supplies room and that didn’t have it either. Had to message services who sent some the next day at 10:30am. 2. You have to go get ‘refills’ from supply closet yourself I.e. if you run out of toilet paper then you need to go get a refill. Nob thank you! I already do enough of that at home 3. They don’t clean the...
