"Loved this one night stay during a layover on flights back to Toronto. Granted the room is small, but it's very interesting and functional. Loved the process and attention to detail for checkin and out. Loved the shower, easy to figure out controls and the best rain shower head. Loved the bed, particularly the full bed-sized duvet (usually in Europe you get two duvets for a double or queen. Will look out for Citizen M hotels for future stays."

"Reserved an executive level room, but couldn't use the executive lounge (even though it was included with the room). The key never worked to open the executive lounge door. Front staff was not helpful."

"My wife and I had a great stay here. It’s a perfect spot for couples. The front desk was very friendly and multilingual. It was close to the airport, which was a bonus. There was a free shuttle, connecting the hotel to the airport which we used daily. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a large shower. "Hotel is basic..Has a comfy and good bed and bathroom everything else you have to pick up from front desk.like tooth brush and tooth paste,iron - location isn't the best Many uber drivers cant find it..going in circles...staff was helpful Andre and Maria and Tina were super and I forgot to ask the other agents name she was nice.. Breakfast was decent no complains"

"The breakfast was excellent but the hotel was totally understand construction. Terrible signage to hotel due to construction. Rooms were being renovated which we were in and was not at all pleasant. No vending or ice machines on any floors."

"The breakfast was standard compared to others that over a full breakfast. The falafels offered were extremely tasty and a nice surprise. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The one issue was that the wifi only worked in the lobby and did not work in the room. It appears that has been a problem for some time, as the staff member tried to connect me with the Lobby Wifi when I arrived."

"Room was large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the air conditioning in the room would not go low enough to keep things cool on the extremely hot days we experienced. I also was surprised with having to pay 5 euro for a bottle of filtered water for the room on those hot days. Otherwise our visit was pleasant."

"Die Betten sind super bequem! Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und reibungslos. Frühstück war ok. Wenn es viel los ist, kommen die Mitarbeiter*innen nicht so ganz hinterher mit den auffüllen.. Die Lage ist super praktisch, es gibt eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle in der Nähe und das Fénix Museum, sehr empfehlenswert!"
