Stayed here for a week, and had an excellent time. The room was just as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were fantastic; very polite and kind. Lots of wardrobe space. The area was great; very convenient and walkable to all the parts we wanted to go and close to the University. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

Central and clean hotel with parking on site. Normal average chain hotel do not expect a luxury experience. Breakfast was quite awful and I was told it was included in my reservation while I was then charged at check out.......

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Centrally located. Garage right next door was a plus. Very clean room. The only negative was the very slippery bathtub. No tub mat but definitely one was needed. Very fair price.

Nice place to access the town with limited driving

It was a convenient stop for our trip. Laundry service close by. Town of Ourense was walkable with a few attractions. Was disappointed that bridge is only lit up on the weekends.

Ok hotel, nice staff but food and coffee not good

Nice staff. Generally ok, good location. Breakfast quality wasnt very good and the coffee was the worst I have tasted. Undrinkable.

Not impressed at all

Not impressed. The staff did their job but nothing beyond that. We had water leaking from the bathroom light fixture, and the only response was, ‘maintenance isn’t here yet’. They gave us extra towels to mop the floor. When we brought it up again at check-out and mentioned we expected to be moved to another room, we received nothing but a shrug and not even an apology. The parking bays are extremely narrow. The view from the balcony was extremely ugly. Overall, it’s an okay hotel, but not worth the money, especially with such poor service.

Il faut payer le parking souvent, mais vous pouvez payer 12 Euros et parquer dans l'hôtel. Moi j'ai preféré de payer régulièrement 2x1.5€ le matin et 2x 1.5€ le soir. Si je restais plus longtemps j'installerait l' app. c'est plus pratique

Muy recomendable

Prácticamente a cinco minutos a pie de la zona del centro. No realizamos fotografías, pero las que anuncian en la web son fieles a la realidad. Hotel e instalaciones modernas, bien cuidadas. La habitación muy amplia, cama muy cómoda, la almohada muy fina para nuestro gusto. Como punto negativo, nos incomodó el exceso de calefacción ya que hacía demasiado calor. En proporción con la habitación, la televisión es pequeña. A nosotros en particular es algo a lo que no prestamos atención ya que pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo fuera del hotel, pero puede ser importante para otras personas.
