"First of all, the Valentine's Day decor was really beautiful in the lobby! The receptionists were really sweet too. Sam was such a great help when I had an issue with the heat in my room. She was able to switch me out rather quickly and I'm so grateful since we're having a terrible winter in NYC. I loved the bathroom the most!! A standing shower will always have my heart. Everything was pretty clean, bed was comfy and I couldn't be happier with my short stay. I would definitely recommend this...

"Basic, but they did basic well. Bed, bathroom, counter space. Clean. Conveniently located. Room was warm on the coldest day of the year - I almost didn't want to leave the hotel. Free coffee 24/7 is my kind of place. I booked during Hotels week and found the room to be a bargain for Brooklyn."
