"The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. "My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the moment we arrived. Our room had no air conditioning, and instead of fixing the problem or moving us to another room, the staff simply brought us three fans. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
