"Rooms 16-20 on each floor are opposite the main elevators which, given the nature of the hotel are in almost 24hr use. This makes for a very disturbed night. Avoid. The service in the restaurant was very good, but as a captive guest, prices are eye wateringly high for average food. Good shuttle bus service to the terminal. Staff were very helpful and eager to share the joy of TSA lines at JFK"

"Breakfast is terrible. The food is buffet style. The eggs were overcooked and not replaced after sitting idle for some time. The breakfast meets were of poor quality and also sitting for long. It's something the hotel should address. Other than that this is my go to hotel for short trips in NY. "

"AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls."

"The breakfast offerings are very good, and the rooms are very clean.
The rooms do not have a luggage rack, so I had to put my suitcase on the small desk. The room also does not have a refrigerator which I really like for cold drinks, and leftovers. Also, there is not a lot of variety for food in the area… mostly Chinese restaurants.
But the location worked really well for me."

"Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced.
Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating."
