But I just want to particularly mention about the receptionist who checked me in, the girl with the highlighted hair, I feel like her attitude needs to be a lot more professional, and customer centric. Maintaining eye contact and a friendly personality should be a 101 as long as the reception area is concerned. Otherwise very good experience."

"The hotel is a non-smoking but it wreaks of cigarette smoke. The hotel was hot from the lobby to the elevator, to the halls and into the rooms. Breakfast was a joke. We were given ham and cheese sandwiches, yogurt cups, granola packed in a little plastic cup, grapes in a plastic container, and a small croissant. "After canceled flights at JFK... this hotel is a much needed breath of fresh air! Easy to get the free shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel and room are CLEAN!!!
