Great location in Sunset Park/Industrial City - excellent casual non-chain food/coffee establishments (e.g. Gravesend Pizza and Big John's Coffee) and shops. Our first floor room was surprisingly quiet and setting the fan on high created significant useful white noise. Room was clean and all appliances, including a micro-wave, functioned well. Only small drawback was that the hotel wifi does not work at the table outside for smoking."

"We liked the hotel and would stay again. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the subway or LIRR train so keep that in mind. Room was good, quiet, and plenty of space. Limited dining on site, 2 choices, but one was closed for a private event. Nice pool and gym. Only negative was 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the whole time, so it was long wait in the morning to leave."

"Internet was down for 3 days, not their fault. They did credit our stay with facility charges dropped. We like staying here. Our floors could have been a little cleaner and update rugs by bed. Comfortable bed and nice sheets!! Everyone is very nice!. "

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room door and was screaming at the top of his lungs this went on for hours and no staff came to intervene. When we were leaving for check out the man was charging his phone right outside our room door; not sure why since our room had multiple places to charge your phone. 0/10 experience."
