"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"A charming Inn to stay and enjoy all that passes by in Lock 7. Hskp staff very attentive and don’t miss a thing. Room 25 on 3rd floor is not perfect for photography as the neighbouring tree blocks a full shot of the ship in the lock. Balconies are a real plus and very clean! The chairs at the table are getting tired and should be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Thorold. Lots of cafes and shops to enjoy within walking distance!"

"Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. "The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me."

"It was cheap and as described. Lots of parking and was walkable to restaurants. A little spot maintenance and a paint job would do so much for the rooms. The lobby looks so nice and then you walk into a room that’s quite dated. But like I said it’s as advertised, breakfast was good."
