"Staff were great and the hotel is very clean. Carpet by the front door of the rooms could do with being replaced. Bathrooms are showing their age. We didn't enjoy the breakfast, we left to eat at the Lawson next door instead. "

"I only stayed for a night so i could be close to the airport the next day, but it was a really nice hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was nice and large, there was even a family mart on the first floor. I did take the opportunity to have a few drinks at the skybar and that was really nice. The hotel also provides a nice shuttle service to and from the hotel, and to ans from narita station and the aeon mall in the area."

"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"It’s a little far from the train station (to walk with luggage could be hard) but once you get there everything is good, the room is clean, the staff very friendly and they provide disposable sandals, toothbrush, hairbrush etc etc . We loved the place "

"Hotel was beautiful, I booked. because of the pool and hot tub however when I got there I was told the pool is not included and they wanted another $37.00 for two of us to go in the hot tub. Nowhere do they list this is extra the hotel advertising having these amenities, buyer beware."

"So happy to have found this hotel near Narita Airport! This location is so convenient being one train stop away from the airport. The rooms are pleasantly spacious with ample bed space, and very clean. For reference my partner and I booked a queen room. Also love that they serve free breakfast, have late check out options (for a fee) and free luggage storage! Can't reccommend this hotel enough when staying in Narita!"

"Ontbijt in het restaurant (bij de buren) was uitstekend. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en kreeg al toegang tot mijn kamer terwijl het amper middag was. Gelukje? Als je net een vlucht hebt gehad is dat in iedergeval echt een genot."

"This place seems like one of very original hotels when the Narita airport was built. Very old and needs a major renovations. Front stuff wasn’t very friendly. We liked that they had a set shuttle hours, so we can plan shopping and dining at the airport. They had a small but very good and friendly convenient store inside the hotel. "I actually had high expectations for the hotel breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was good, but unfortunately, there was no seafood. I had high hopes that the seafood would be excellent since it is Japan, but I wonder if that was an unreasonable expectation on my part."
