"The place was welcoming and less than 5 minute walk to Sesame Place but the smell in the room was horrible. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely stuffy and murky and smelled old. It was cold during our visit so I can't imagine how summer must be. I had to open the door and circulate the room for over an hour every time we stepped out and came back. "Parking is easy but access points to motel are difficult. The rooms are surrounded by a gate so you have to go through the access points even if your room is on the other side. The rooms were fairly clean although the shower could have used a better scrub down. We had 6 bottles of conditioner, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 set of towels for two of us and no toilet paper. The staff did replenish fairly quickly. The property could have used a good broom strick . The stairs concrete was falling apart....

"The top was moldy, the safety lock on the door was broken and the bed was squeaky. I checked out immediately and found another hotel. I am also looking to reimbursed for at least one night because I didn't stay at all"

"Staff were excellent! Room was very clean. Walls were very thin and. I could hear everything from babies crying to working men up at 5:30am . Smell of weed was overwhelming at times even in my nonsmoking room."
