"Loved our stay here, located near to 2 train stations (Gojo station and Kiyomizo Gojo station) at about 10 min walk or 20 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were so helpful and always willing to help and guide you. Free shuttle service to Golden temple and the shuttle driver was really nice and guided us for further shuttle services available from different Monday apart hotels to bamboo forest. "Excellent staff, great space and location."

"Very comfortable hotel with a great location. The "smart" check in process is annoying and for us did not work at both Minn properties as hotels.com confirmation number is not the hotels reference number which causes confusion and needs assistance from humans that are not really there. They are there but they just tell you to use the online survey check-in process which is glitchy. We watched many travelers with similar issues."

"Great stay! Safe and quiet area. Close to Shichijo station. Popiscles and soba available for guests daily. Only critique would be relatively difficult to get to Kyoto station, as no connecting subway near hotel so have to cab it or walk a fair distance"

"Minn was a great apartment hotel for our family of 3 with a 6 year old. Our family suite was spacious, very clean, and modern with a kitchen and appliances. We enjoyed reserving the private onsen with our family. No food or snacks available, but it was near a Lawson and FamilyMart. The location was also in a great walkable area with a few excellent restaurants within a few blocks, and away from the chaotic downtown. "Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. "

"Adorei, muito espaçosa e funcional, nao tem recepção mas ate esquema para deixar suas malas ja foi pensado e mesmo assim tem limpeza todos os dias. Os comandos pela alexa funcionam bem e perto da estação de metro/trem. Tinha leve poeira na parece. Voltaria com certeza!"

"The hotel is clean, spacious, has lots of amenities and the staff is very friendly. There is a laundry room available downstairs and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There are buses and the train station is about a 7-8 minute walk. Overall I enjoy staying at the Koko chain when visiting Japan."

"Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!). "

Space for 4 is descent. The room has washer and dryer. Has refrigerator and kitchen sink. The place is walikng distance to the train station and shopping areas. There are lots of places within the area for dining with excellent food. This place is highly recommended."
