"Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. "It was a very nice place to stay, but what made it even more special was the man at the front desk! He went out of his way to help me. The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable. I will be going back! Highly recommended. "

"Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer."

"I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay."

"The manager was not personable. When I went to complain about the size of bed we reserved he said it was the right size. He said did I want him to check and I said yes. He never got back to me on size. TV was not working 1st night complained about it, he said there is a button on tv . We didn't couldn't find it till next day. When we went to check out.
