I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. I made them aware of this again and that no one had contacted to me to check on me before checking out with nothing offered from management. "
