"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. "This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 10 minutes from patong beach, which was fine. Just a 5-7USD grab car. Breakfast had so many options and all the food was great! One thing I do wish the front desk would have provided is a calendar of events that they have during the week of stay. There was a fire show Thursday afternoon near the lobby, and we did not know about it until we arrived in the lobby. The hotel is on a hill so you have to call a buggy every time you leave your room...

"It is a smaller, more boutique hotel compared to some but we loved that about it. We particularly loved the infinity pool at the cafe and the food was really good. Great breakfasts and the staff were extremely friendly and happy to accomodate all requests. It is a bit of a long walk to the beach and markets when it is hot. There are shuttles but would be better if they ran more frequently. Overall we loved our stay and would definately stay again."

"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

It’s just outside Patong Beach, so you can dip into the busy side of Phuket when you want, but still come back to something that feels calm and tucked away.
