"It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running...

"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

"We loved our three bedroom villa, the children was playing in the private pool everyday, the staff even gave us giant inflatables to use too. Everything about this resort was perfect, the only thing they need to improve on was breakfast time, because it seems like there is not enough tables for all the guests because there is always a wait, however once seated staff was very good and there was plenty of food options. The resort was very quiet and not very near to anything but we only stayed here...

"Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket was fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained, with great views over Kamala Beach. Staff and service was on point, which is especially important given you generally need to get driven to and from your room in a golf buggy due to the steep incline. Staff always had a smile on their face and genuinely looked like they were having fun working. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge array of cuisine - we often spent well over an hour there enjoying...
