"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant."

"Property was like new and very clean. No concerns whatsoever with the rooms and is a safe location. Breakfast options were great! However, there are pictures of chicken wings and fries in their elevator to promote the onsite restaurant/bar. This convinced us to check it out and were sorely disappointed. "It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us."

"I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel like a hindrance for asking the poop be removed from my bathroom. I will say—there was one front desk lady that was super kind and helpful. "I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped to be. We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable. The mattress on the couch was horrible and you could feel all of the springs. The bedding for the couch bed was insufficient, also, with only one pillow and no blanket. In addition, the bathtub did not drain at all and the shower curtain leaked no matter what, with water all over the bathroom floor when finished. Our room slept 6 people, but towels, etc. were only...
