"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather.
We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that
animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised.
Staff was very pleasant."

"When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight.
I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. Miserable experience all around and we weren’t offered anything to...
