"Our room in the Lodge had amazing views and a beautiful bathroom and great size. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We loved looking around the grounds well looked after beautiful views. The Castle was my highlight will definitely be back again."

We had just flown in to Auckland from London UK and it was an easy drive up there and absolutely worth the effort. Stunning spot, wonderful accommodation, terrific food and lovely staff. The best possible start to our holiday."

"Fabulous stay. So comfy, quiet, clean, and simply a lovely place to be. Renée was v welcoming. We strolled the gardens, and made use of the guest lounge and wee kitchen. Breakfast was great. Altogether enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend more."

"Although the room was small, it was well equipped with everything we needed. The common kitchen provided all the utensils, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth even though we arrived late. Overall, a comfortable stay"
