"The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. "We only stayed one night but I would say there is work to be done on the property given the price they charge. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant and should be advertised as such. Staff is very friendly but the property is just not up to standards to charge that much. The view is lovely though."

"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...

"First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer. "

"This place is a little slice of heaven…absolutely gorgeous! It’s located right on the beach. The food was top notch. We arrived and needed dinner, so we ate at their restaurant. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning which was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is built on the side of a mountain which makes it so lovely, but the driveway in is a bit scary which surprised us. It’s a single lane steep zig-zag switchback. If you are aware and ready for it, it’s ok....

"The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"Manager was not flexible in making changes to the reservation that were beyond our control. We had to leave a day earlier due to travel issues created by Italy train system. We checked out on time from the hotel, but were notified that the hotel would not accept our request to not be charged for the night unused due to train strike in Italy. Fan was not in working condition in our room. Other than these, items the hotel is in a great location and we had a great stay in Sperlonga."
