"The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable."

"The hotel room was not clean at all. It is unfortunate how foreigners acquire these type properties but are clueless as to how to maintain the rooms. It is as if they really don't care and they think the people who choose to stay there are not worth having a clean and decent place to sleep regardless of the pricing. I was smart enough to bring in my own cleaning products, and it took a simple cleanup of the bathtub, which was filthy, with some Comet cleanser and Tylex for the mold and it looked like a brand new tub. There was a filthy hand towel that should have been thrown out included with the washcloth and bath towel, none of which I saw fit to use for purposes other than cleaning. thank God I pack my own towels. I threw out the hand towel. The toilet was disgusting as it is moving away from its position on the floor. The bed sheet had a stain, so I slept on my own bedding on top of theirs. The management just needs to understand that cleanliness is key."
