"Check in was quick. Room was clean. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that we were to receive housekeeping daily but we never got this service. On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. We still kept on hoping for regular housekeeping to come and at least change the sheets. No one came. Finally on our last evening I asked a housekeeper again about changing the sheets and was told I need to ask the front desk to have it done. I asked the front desk and he called the housekeepers right away and got the sheets changed. Note that on the 5th night the sheets were becoming very scratchy with lots of lint showing up all over. Perhaps the hotel could take note of this and make it a point to change sheets every other day most especially for long term stays like ours. Lastly, it looks like the hotel needs a soft renovation with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper all around. Very visible and noticeable was the construction near the elevators. Hope they do these upgrades soon. this is our 2nd time to stay here from out of town. Hopefully when we return they've already done the updates."

"Overall, the hotel was nice. I have to say the shower base probably in the tub could use something less so it makes it less slippery. The flushing of the toilet is obnoxiously loud. There’s only a little room to hang clothes. There’s no drawers to put clothes in. It’s nice because it does have a small fridge microwave and in room coffee maker and was no problem getting extra K cups and do you prefer a hotel though that has the bathroom and then a separate area with a sink and a counter where you can get ready This hotel well at least our room did not have that and then the mirror stain was right by the front door and there really was nowhere that you could put stuff to stand in front of it to get ready The restaurant had weird hours a bit pricey for the buffet breakfast. I’m not sure if this is the restaurant new and they’re just getting started. They didn’t have a sit down for breakfast so overall I really don’t know what the food was like. We stayed here for convenience of location for the family. We were going to visit."
