"I have stayed here many times over the years, totaling several months. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is far enough off the main road to be quiet by Bangkok standards. The rooms are a good value for Bangkok. The property could use modernizing, as everything looks like it was styled in 1990, and the rotted wooden deck around the bar should have been replaced years ago, but the hotel is clean enough. "Amanta hotel was excellent for my extended stay. It had everything needed to either make my own meals or warm up room service. Laundry facilities adequate. Breakfast included with stay for additional reasonable price was well worth it and very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, not all spoke English but I had no problems getting the help needed when necessary!! Would highly recommend! "
