"Tanto el edificio como el apartamento eran muy lindos. Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from...

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes.
