This palace is also home to an art gallery on the top floor and a museum on the ground floor.  The art gallery costs 1.50 Euro extra to enter, but the museum is free.  Although work on the palace started in 1527, it was not fully completed until 1957...
A visit to Granada just wouldn’t be the same without taking a sunrise pic of the Alhambra, easy to see why Lonely Planet rate this in one of the top places to visit in the world.
