"The Balmoral is a beautiful hotel! Its location is perfect since it’s close to all major attractions. The staff are accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in two different rooms and both were lovely and had great views. The restaurant is very good and the high tea in the Palm Court is superb!"

"The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!"

"Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. "This place is awesome! We stayed in the family room for four and it was comfortable, clean and spacious. Free pre-check in and post-check out luggage storage onsite. Great location right in the middle of the Royal Mile action, yet providing a quiet night’s rest. In room A/C a definite plus."
